Description:
Clozer is Clock screen saver. It show clock when screen saver run.
Feautures:
- Analog/digital view (the analog still not work)
- Show/hide second
- Show/hide date
- Displaying up to 4 cities (including local time)

Known Bug:
- The analog still not work
- GMT with half value different would not work
- The GMT value here is actually GMT different from the lcoal time
To do:
- Fix GMT bug, and incorporate BeOS GMT value for local time.
- Do the analog clock, still need picture for the analog clock (any volunteer?)
- Incorporating GMT with half value
- Change font color
- Change background color
- Accepting analog clock 'skin'
